Christina Romero has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christina worked at Ronco as a Project Manager starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Clinical Design and Implementation Specialist at Ronco, where they designed and implemented fully integrated communication systems for healthcare facilities. As a Customer Service Specialist from July 2005 to June 2008, they assisted customers in obtaining rental medical equipment and played a key role in developing internal processes.

Prior to joining Hill-Rom, Christina worked at Glasspro as a Customer Service Supervisor from 2001 to 2005. In this role, they supervised and developed customer service representatives at retail locations and a call center.

Christina Romero earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Trident Technical College, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. In 2019, they began their studies at the University of Michigan, pursuing a degree in Lean Healthcare.
