Christina Romero

Christina Romero has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christina worked at Ronco as a Project Manager starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Clinical Design and Implementation Specialist at Ronco, where they designed and implemented fully integrated communication systems for healthcare facilities. Christina joined Ronco in November 2015.

Before their time at Ronco, Christina worked at Hill-Rom as an Ecommerce Consultant from April 2010 to November 2015. In this role, they developed and customized web designs, implemented new accounts, and conducted webinars to train customers.

Christina also had roles at Hill-Rom as a Documentation Specialist and a Customer Service Specialist. As a Documentation Specialist from 2005 to 2010, they managed documentation for billable equipment placements and built relationships with healthcare providers. As a Customer Service Specialist from July 2005 to June 2008, they assisted customers in obtaining rental medical equipment and played a key role in developing internal processes.

Prior to joining Hill-Rom, Christina worked at Glasspro as a Customer Service Supervisor from 2001 to 2005. In this role, they supervised and developed customer service representatives at retail locations and a call center.

Christina Romero earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Trident Technical College, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. In 2019, they began their studies at the University of Michigan, pursuing a degree in Lean Healthcare.
