Daniel Padilla is currently the Chief of Staff at Rondo Energy, a position held since June 2024. In addition, Daniel serves as a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, contributing to a selective fellowship focused on advancing clean energy initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group from July 2018 to June 2024, specializing in climate and sustainability, as well as positions in various capacities including Consultant and Associate. Notable engagements also include a senior associate role at RMI, consulting work at Mars & Co, and strategy roles at Hyundai companies. Daniel's career began at Tesla Motors and Warner Bros. Entertainment. Daniel holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Finance from Claremont McKenna College.
