Vice President Global Administration Partnerships at Universal Music Publishing Group

Iain Mackay began their career in 2002 as a Tracking and Licensing Assistant at Boosey & Hawkes. In 2003, they joined BMG Music Publishing as a Senior Tracker, a position they held until 2008. In 2008, Mackay joined Universal Music Publishing Group, where they held various roles including Senior Manager Global Film & TV Administration from 2008 to 2012, Senior Director Global Administration from 2012 to 2017, Vice President Media Rights from 2017 to 2019, and Vice President Global Administration Partnerships starting in April 2018.

Iain Mackay completed their education at the University of St Andrews from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained an MA in English Literature. Prior to that, they attended The Edinburgh Academy from 1980 to 1992, achieving their Highers in Art & Design, English, French, and Geography.
