Red (Hailey) Stewart has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design research and industrial design. Red (Hailey) has held various roles at different organizations, showcasing their expertise and contributions to the design industry.

Starting in 2009, Red worked as an Art Gallery Assistant at Farm. In 2010, they interned as an Industrial Design Intern at Radius Product Development, followed by a Co-Op position as an Industrial Design Co-Op at Procter and Gamble in 2011.

In 2012, Red joined Uncharted as a Lead Designer, where they played a pivotal role in designing their flagship product, the SOCCKET. Red (Hailey) identified consumer needs, developed prototypes, and worked on reducing the weight of the SOCCKET while increasing its playability. Red also designed sister products and led a team of interns.

From 2014 to 2019, Red worked at frog as an Industrial Designer and later became the PD Design Research Discipline Lead. Red (Hailey) led an initiative called Yona, focused on redesigning the pelvic exam experience. Red (Hailey) also worked as an Industrial Designer Intern and later as an Industrial Designer I.

Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, Red served as a Board of Advisors member at SoaPen Inc., contributing to their mission of promoting handwashing to prevent infectious illnesses in children.

In 2019, Red started working as an Adjunct Professor of Design Research at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Red (Hailey) then joined IDEO, initially as a Senior Design Researcher and later as a Design Research Lead, until 2021.

In 2021, Red assumed the role of Head of Product & Experience Research and Principal Researcher at Elemy. Red (Hailey) contributed significantly to the organization before starting their current position as the Principal UX Researcher at Project Ronin in 2023.

Through their work experience, Red has consistently displayed their expertise in design research, industrial design, and leadership roles, making valuable contributions to various organizations.

From 2008 to 2012, Red (Hailey) Stewart attended Pratt Institute, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. Their field of study focused exclusively on industrial design during their time at the institute.
