Niren Pai

Niren Pai currently serves as the VP of Digital & Analytics at Bajaj Auto, a position held since December 2023. Niren has accumulated extensive experience in technology and digital transformation, including a long-term role as Director of Technology at Publicis Sapient since November 2017. As Head of Technology at RoofandFloor since July 2016, Niren has overseen critical technology initiatives. Niren is also the founder and former Director of Tagglane.com, which aimed to connect customers with local marketplaces. Prior roles include Manager of Software Development Engineering at Cisco, where Niren managed a $30 million product line and led cloud automation initiatives, and Senior Software Engineer at multiple companies including Alphasoft Services Corp and Premier Technologies, focusing on server-side development and IT consulting projects. Niren holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
