Mauricio Alvarez

Mauricio Alvarez is an experienced professional in the construction and architecture fields, currently serving as the Pre-Construction Estimating Manager at Roofing Solutions since 2016. Mauricio began in the Costa Rica office of Roofing Solutions as a Pre-Construction Estimator from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Building Information Modeling, take-offs, and drafting while undergoing training for the Revit BIM platform. Prior to this, Mauricio worked at CustomerSpeak LLC from 2005 to 2013, where roles included Surveyor, focusing on phone surveying, and Designer/Draftsman, involved in facility design for a call center. Mauricio holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad LCI Veritas, obtained between 2000 and 2005, and completed high school at Colegio Nuestra Señora de Sion from 1995 to 1999.
