Kristen M. Cavin

Kristen M. Cavin serves as Senior Counsel at Roofstock since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Partner at Giffen & Kaminski from October 2017 to August 2021, contributing to a women-owned law firm dedicated to enhancing diversity within the legal profession to achieve better client outcomes. From June 2005 to October 2017, Kristen functioned as Corporate Counsel at Forest City, providing legal advice on Property Management law, with a focus on fair housing, landlord/tenant issues, consumer laws, and environmental regulations. Kristen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
