Cristian Olteanu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Rooftop Cinema Club since May 2023, Cristian previously held the position of General Manager at sweetgreen from October 2021 to January 2023 and at La Pain Quotidien from November 2014 to October 2019. Additionally, Cristian worked as Regional Food and Beverage Manager at Veggie Grill, Inc. from February 2019 to October 2021. Cristian’s career also includes leadership roles at Le Méridien as lider de cusine and as Company Owner at 2flavorescatering, focusing on high-quality multinational fusion cuisine. Further experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Illot Hotels and as a Banker at Canadian Western Bank. Cristian holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Universitatea din Pitești, and a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from L’école de cuisine Alain Ducasse.

Rooftop Cinema Club
We are on a mission to provide escapism through shared film experiences. We transform nights at the cinema with sunsets & starlit evenings, stunning views, friends, loved ones, awesome drink & food and great movies on the big screen. Our purpose is to create magical and memorable movie moments that change people’s lives for the better. We started in 2011 as a single rooftop in London and expanded globally with 8 venues across the US and UK. We are looking to grow our presence in the US with 20 new rooftop venues projected over the next 3 years. Additionally, in 2020 we debuted drive-in venues in response to COVID, with 4 venues operating and more in the making for 2021/22.
