Rachael Robinson Cmgr McMi

Rachael Robinson CMgr MCMI has a strong background in housing management and debt recovery. Rachael started in 1997 at QVC as a Call Centre Team Leader before moving to the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission as a Higher Executive Officer, responsible for overseeing the recovery of maintenance and arrears. In 2009, they joined Riverside, where they held various roles including Former Tenant Arrears Manager and Universal Credit Manager, implementing strategies to reduce arrears and improve rent recovery. Most recently, Rachael worked at Rooftop Housing Group as Head of Service Operations, overseeing income collection and financial management with a budget of £40m. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully implementing new policies and frameworks to drive positive change and improve performance.

Rachael Robinson CMgr MCMI has a Diploma of Education in Operations Management and Supervision, which was obtained from the Chartered Management Institute from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Knowsley Community College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a GNVQ Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
