Ella Sblano

Ella Sblano currently serves as a Social Media Manager at ONNJ - On New Jersey, where task delegation and social media content creation for various platforms are key responsibilities. In addition, Ella is part of the B10+ Student Production Crew at RVision Productions, assisting with broadcasts of Rutgers B1G sports. With experience as a Barista at Rook Coffee and in broadcast production for the Somerset Patriots, Ella has also led the social media team at JERSEY SPORTING NEWS, coordinating content across major social media platforms. Ella's background includes significant roles in coaching lacrosse and mentoring young athletes, alongside contributions as a writer covering high school sports. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Ella's education builds on earlier achievements, including a high school diploma from Old Bridge High School.
