Erin McGrane

Erin McGrane is an experienced barista and key holder at Rook Coffee since April 2019, known for building customer relationships, driving sales through product knowledge, and managing store operations. Previous experience includes serving as a nutrition intern at Kennett Area Community Service, where Erin contributed to a program providing food packages to families and facilitated cooking demonstrations for clients. Prior roles as a barista at Starbucks and a marketing intern at NIP Group, Inc. further developed Erin's customer service skills and marketing capabilities. Erin holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Brookdale Community College, a degree in Health Behavior Science from the University of Delaware, and has completed a Continuing Education Certificate Program at Rutgers University.
