Heidi Shannon

Heidi Shannon has extensive experience in the arts and design sector, currently serving as a Hand Painter in the Polychrome Department at The Rookwood Pottery Company since October 2013, where responsibilities include hand-painting Gift Tiles, Gift Pottery, and Custom Orders. As the Owner of HiDesign, Inc. since January 1993, Heidi specializes in repurposing old wooden furniture, revitalizing worn pieces. Prior to these roles, Heidi worked as a Graphic Designer at The Business Record from February 1993 to December 1995, focusing on the organization and design of advertisements for local businesses. Heidi has pursued formal education at the Central Academy of Commercial Art and the University of Cincinnati.
