Kelli Condon

Kelli Condon has over 30 years of work experience in property management and operations. Kelli currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Rookwood Properties, where they focus on commercial assets, people resources, and planning for company growth. Prior to this, Kelli worked as a Regional Property Manager at CMC Properties, where they specialized in repositioning underperforming assets. Kelli also served as a Training Specialist at Intuit, where they implemented and restructured training programs for new hires. Kelli's earlier experience includes being a Regional Property Manager at North American Properties and a Manager at Drees Homes, where they implemented and managed renovation projects.

Kelli Condon began their education at Miami University from 1987 to 1989. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Later, in 2013, Kelli embarked on a journey to further their education in real estate management. Kelli pursued the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and became a CPM® Candidate at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
