Sviatoslav Popov

Sviatoslav Popov is a professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and educational consultancy. Currently serving as a Talent Management Partner at Room 8 Group since June 2020, Sviatoslav has successfully collaborated with various departments to design impactful global talent programs. Previous roles at Room 8 Group included Learning and Development Manager and Learning Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed diagnosing learning needs and overseeing the Internship Program. As a co-founder and member of NGO "Insha Osvita," Sviatoslav led strategic sessions and facilitated educational events. Notably, Sviatoslav provided consultancy for the establishment of the Kyiv School of Energy Policy at DiXi Group and held the position of Head of the Board at Urban Space 500, managing funding and stakeholder relations. Academic credentials include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from The National University of Ostroh Academy in Cultural Studies and Culturology, respectively, along with an educational program at Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg.
