Andrew Joyner

Andrew Joyner, SHRM-CP, CPC, and ELI-MP serves as the Human Resources Manager at Room & Board since November 2020, focusing on supporting business leaders and cultivating organizational culture. As a Co-Owner of Soul Journey Therapy & Coaching Services since June 2020, Andrew emphasizes creating meaningful change through therapy and coaching. Previous experience includes serving as HR Business Partner - Manager at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for various client bases and overseeing employee investigations. Andrew has also held roles as Senior Recruiter at Award Staffing and National Recruiter at Randstad, along with various positions in human resources and operations at Canadian Pacific Railway, Tires Plus Total Car Care, and the Regional Fitness Center. Andrew holds a BA in Business with a focus on HR Management from the University of Minnesota Morris and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
