Lindsay Bondy

Lindsay Bondy is a seasoned professional in procurement, operations, and learning & development, with extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiencies and customer experiences. Currently serving as the Procurement & Operations Director at Room & Board since January 2017, Lindsay leads inventory planning, vendor performance management, and pricing strategies. Prior roles at Room & Board include Vendor Manager and Retail Operations/Customer Experience Leader. Lindsay’s previous experience includes over a decade at Target, advancing through various leadership positions in learning and development, vendor operations, and merchandising planning. Lindsay began the professional journey at Microsoft and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Concordia College.
