Sarah Ellefson

Sarah Ellefson currently serves as an Inventory Planning Analyst at Room & Board since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at CHS Inc. from March 2018 to March 2022, including Inventory Planning Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, and Business Process & Data Analyst. Sarah's career also includes a tenure at Cargill as a Master Data Analyst from October 2010 to March 2018 and at Party Booths as the National Office Manager from October 2006 to September 2010. Sarah pursued education at the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2005 and is currently enrolled at Normandale Community College, working towards an Associate of Science degree.
