Leslie Cruz-Kelly currently serves as a Team Lead Partner at Room Real Estate since March 2023, following a five-year tenure as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at eXp Realty and a similar role at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Leslie's career began in retail management with positions as Co-Manager at bebe stores and Forever 21, and progressed to a Beauty Leader at Sephora inside JCPenney, focusing on team development and profit maximization. Additionally, Leslie held the position of Leasing Development Manager at Macerich, managing leasing activities for Capitola Mall. Leslie holds a Double Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Sociology from California State University - East Bay and has completed a Licentiate degree in Real Estate from Kaplan University.
