Marina Gontijo

Marina Gontijo is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in inventory management, volunteer coordination, and facility operations. Currently serving as the Inventory & Volunteer Operations Manager at Room to Grow since December 2021, Gontijo leads a team to efficiently handle approximately half a million annual donations and oversees daily operations for around 2,000 volunteers.
