Megan Litwin

Megan Litwin has extensive work experience in the field of talent management and operations. Megan has worked at Room to Read since 2013, currently serving as the Director of Talent, Development, and Engagement. In previous roles at the organization, they were the Associate Director of People Operations and Internal Communications, as well as the People Operations and Internal Communications Manager. Megan also had experience as an Associate Manager of People Operations, where they led recruiting strategies and managed email communications. Prior to Room to Read, they worked at The Bridgespan Group as a Recruiting Associate and Research/Administrative Assistant. Megan began their career at Disney Publishing Worldwide as an Editorial Assistant for Wondertime Magazine.

Megan Litwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Colby College in 2008. Megan later completed a certificate program in Graphic Design at UC Berkeley Extension in 2013.
