Vantha Chea

Vantha Chea comes to Room to Read with broad experience in the development sector and 15 years working directly in Cambodia’s education reform. Most recently, Vantha worked as Director of the Advocacy and Policy Institute in Cambodia where he led strategic planning and program implementation, fundraising, and advocacy for social accountability. Previously, Vantha worked for Voluntary Service Overseas for over 20 years and held many senior-level roles, including senior education program manager and country director. He also brings more than a decade of experience coordinating among Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, civil society organizations, and key stakeholders.
