Brian Chen

Brian Chen is currently the CEO and co-founder at ROOM. Prior to this, they were the co-founder and VP of operations at Bluesmart from February 2014 to February 2017. Before that, Brian worked as an entrepreneur selection and growth at Endeavor from February 2011 to August 2013. There, they were responsible for managing the screening and evaluation of entrepreneur candidates worldwide and providing access to Endeavor's global resources. Brian has also worked as a portfolio management analyst at Hall Capital Partners LLC from September 2009 to January 2011. Prior to that, they were a ninth and tenth grade English teacher at Colegio Menor San Francisco de Quito from August 2007 to August 2008.
