Kirsten Schulte McCallie

Kirsten Schulte McCallie has a diverse work experience. Kirsten began their career in 2010 as an Operations Research Analyst at TASC, Inc. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). From 2014 to 2018, they held the roles of Project Leader and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. In 2018, they moved to Wayfair where they were the GM/Associate Director, International Supply Chain Operations and Associate Director, Service Innovation (Service Strategy & Analytics). Most recently, they have been the VP of Operations at Roomie since 2022.

Kirsten Schulte McCallie received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2012-2014. Kirsten also received a BA in Mathematics (Financial Mathematics) and Economics from the University of Virginia.
