As the Head of Talent your role would revolve around attracting and sourcing top talent to join our business, working towards a common goal of becoming the world's number 1 Hotel Management System (HMS).

Working closely with the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing a small team of talent acquisition consultants. You will play a vital role in ensuring our employer branding is top notch attracting only the best individuals.

What will you be doing? 

  • Develop a global recruitment strategy and roadmap that ensures that our recruitment and hiring thereof is based on the right talent needed for sustainable growth and retention (in a scale up)
  • Oversee full recruitment cycle including Kick off calls, Job adverts, Quarterly planning of roles and resources
  • Working in partnership with hiring managers to understanding recruitment requirements
  • Building and enhancing recruitment SOP’s
  • Drive internal referral programme
  • People Management, including one on one’s, quarterly QPAs, performance conversations
  • Weekly reporting on the recruitment heartbeat
  • Driving and motivating the team to ensure quarterly targets are met
  • Management of third party resources and relationships
  • Management of the candidate experience, driving a consistent and positive experience for both the hiring manager and candidates
  • Weekly SLT / HR meetings to discuss challenges, blockers and propose solutions to overcome
  • Working closely with HR in driving benefits and package initiatives
  • Work closely with the HR Director and People Team to ensure a smooth onboarding programme by providing the necessary information in a clock speed manner for international hires that need to fly into one of our offices for their first two weeks

Requirements? 

  • A qualification in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology (advantageous)
  • 5+ years of global recruitment experience
  • Experience of leading a team of recruiters
  • Good managerial skills and able to inspire the team to meet targets
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Resilient and able to manage change and decisions
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Able to partner with key stakeholders to ensure results are achieved and manageable
  • Leadership knowledge with a strong ability to influence
  • Passionate about tech and the hotel industry
  • Results driven
