Ed Kerr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ed began their career at TUI Group, where they served as a Guía, managing a team of three representatives and ensuring high-quality service for holidaymakers. Ed later joined Moonlight Riding SL as a Sales & Accounts Manager, where they collaborated with tour companies and hotels to promote and sell excursions. At Universitat Pompeu Fabra - UPF, Ed worked as a Coordinador de eventos, organizing various events. Ed also served as a Cultural and English language exchange leader at Universidad Nacional de Cordoba. Ed then transitioned into the retail industry, working at Sports Direct Int. as a Shoe Supervisor and CAST member, overseeing staff, meeting sales targets, and providing customer service. Ed further expanded their expertise in the travel and hospitality sector with positions at Thomas Cook as a Customer Relations Manager, responsible for customer support and compensation, and at Booking.com as an Account Manager, assisting small and medium-sized properties in growing their businesses. Most recently, Ed served as a Business Development Manager (Scotland) at Guestline, managing and expanding a portfolio of independent hotel clients. Prior to their current role, they were a Business Development Director at RMS Cloud, responsible for driving business growth. Currently, Ed holds the position of Market Head, UK&I at RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech.

Ed Kerr completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Journalism & Digital Media and Spanish & Latin American Studies from the University of Stirling, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on Media and Communications. In 2015, they engaged in a Language Exchange program at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, specializing in Communication and Media Studies in Spanish Language.
