Erica Hiera

Erica Hiera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Erica started their career at Lonza in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Manager of IT for eight years. In 2015, Erica joined Bottomline Technologies as a Global Service Desk Manager and later advanced to the position of Director of Global Service Desk and Facilities Operations. Erica spent a total of four years at Bottomline Technologies before moving on to RoomReady in 2019. At RoomReady, Erica started as a Project Manager and quickly advanced to the role of Director of Project Management. Their tenure at RoomReady is ongoing as of May 2022.

Erica Hiera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
