Maksim Izmaylov has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they began working as a JavaScript Developer at Centrum Holdings, where they were the first JavaScript engineer and completely rewrote frontends for several products. In 2012, they moved to IMVU as a Senior Front End Engineer. In 2014, they founded Roomstorm, where they served as CTO and then CEO. In 2016, they founded Travel Tech Con, a not-for-profit conference that aims to help to improve the pace of innovation in the travel industry. Finally, in 2017, they became the CEO of Winding Tree, a blockchain-enabled B2B marketplace for travel.
Maksim Izmaylov has a background in entrepreneurship, law, and electrical and electronics engineering. In 2014, they attended Y Combinator, where they were an alumnus in the field of entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies. Maksim also attended Modern University for Humanities, where they studied law, and Jobs in Russia, where they studied electrical and electronics engineering.
