Juliette Stableski

Juliette Stableski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juliette began their career as an executive assistant at The Rainbow Center in 2002 before moving on to work as a legal assistant at Fields & Ahn, LLP. In 2003, they became an editor at PDI Ninth House, where they stayed until 2005 when they joined The McGraw-Hill Companies as a project editor. In 2007, Juliette worked as a business support lead at Bank of America for a brief period.

Juliette then transitioned into the nonprofit sector, starting at New Leaders for New Schools in 2008. Here, they held various roles, including grant writer, city development partnership manager, and director of development. During their time at New Leaders for New Schools, Juliette successfully raised over $23 million for the organization and played a key role in developing new programming.

In 2011, Juliette moved to Global Kids as the director of development. Here, they developed and implemented the organization's funding strategy, oversaw the development and communications team, and secured support from various funding sources. Juliette also expanded the organization to two new school sites and implemented new donor management software.

In 2013, Juliette joined FEGS as the director of communications before transitioning to Reading Partners in 2014 as a senior development manager. Juliette worked in this role until 2018.

Most recently, Juliette worked at the Roosevelt Institute, starting as the director of development in 2018 before being promoted to vice president in 2020 and senior vice president in 2022.

Throughout their career, Juliette has demonstrated strong leadership, fundraising, and communication skills, making significant contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Juliette Stableski completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Amherst College from 1998 to 2002.
