Anastasiia Titova

Anastasiia Titova is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Roosh since October 2022, Anastasiia previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Divergent Strategies Ukraine for seven years, where responsibilities spanned operations management, product management, HR, and legal functions. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Consultant at Ainstainer Software Development Teams, where strategies for the sales cycle were developed, and as a Customer Care Angel at NexGenDesign, assisting development companies with marketing efforts. Anastasiia's early career included a Marketing Manager role at Softerra, focusing on international product promotion. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Харківський гуманітарний університет «Народна українська академія» and participation in the Future Leaders Exchange Program in the USA.
