Alex Andrews

Alex Andrews has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked at Invesco Ltd. as an ETF Channel Marketing project manager. During this time, they managed EMEA ETF product launches and collaborated with internal and external teams to create marketing content. In 2019, they embarked on a self-supported cycling journey from Washington DC to Vancouver, Canada. In 2020, they joined Dozens as a Customer Service Associate and quickly progressed to roles including Customer Service Team Manager and Customer Service Team Lead. They also served as the Head of Ops Quality Control and Head of Customer Operations, where they worked on various projects and process improvements. In 2022, they joined Claro Wellbeing as a Product Manager, responsible for building and growing a personal finance budgeting tool. Currently, Alex is working as a Product Owner at NatWest Rooster Money, starting in 2023.

Alex Andrews pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd, from 2015 to 2018. In July 2022, Alex obtained a certification in Product Management from General Assembly.
