Head of Customer Operations at NatWest Rooster Money

Katie Butterfield has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie is currently the Head of Customer Operations at RoosterMoney, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Curve from May 2019 to December 2021 as the Customer Experience Lead (Operations), where they played a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
