Ryan Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ryan began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sainsbury's in 2010 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined Woven as a Customer Service Representative and later took on the role of Customer Service Improvement Ambassador, where they handled high-level customer dispute resolution, coaching/training, change management, and resource management. In 2019, Ryan was seconded to CollectPlus as a Customer Relations Manager, covering all aspects of the role. Ryan also worked as an E-Marketing Executive and Account Manager at Fuel Card Services Ltd from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Ryan is employed at Usay Compare as a Business Generation professional.
