During their time there, they led a team to design and develop comprehensive multi-asset investment solutions. From 2011-2022, Bhavini A. worked at Freddie Mac as Vice President, Business Services Officer and Senior Director, Head of Marketing and Communications. In their roles, they drove strategy and execution of strategic transformation for the largest P+L division, led a $100M+ budget and team of 250 FTE, and led the digital transformation of employee and customer experiences. In 2020, Bhavini A. worked as a Fractional COO/CRO/CPO/CMO & Business Advisor for various startups, advising them to solve their biggest challenges across various industries. Currently, they are the Vice President of Revenue Operations and Marketing at Roostify, where they are responsible for building a team to ensure strategic operational efficiency within business development, sales, customer success, and marketing. In 2022, Bhavini A. will also be an Adjunct Instructor at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
