Michelle Erikson Pana

Michelle Erikson Pana is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Deputy Controller and previously as Senior Accounting Manager at Root Capital since April 2015, Michelle manages the full cycle accounting function, including fixed assets oversight. Prior roles include Accounting Associate at Environments at Work and Financial Analyst at ACCION International, where responsibilities encompassed managing investments in microfinance, overseeing budgets, audits, and financial statements, as well as maintaining compliance with regulations. Michelle holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and studied at Harvard Extension School.
