Currently, Niv serves as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Empirical LLC, focusing on building resilient development teams for clients. Niv also holds the position of Talent Partner at Root System, a venture firm comprised of experienced startup founders and product leaders. Prior to these roles, Niv was Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Acne Intelligence, where a mobile app was developed to provide personalized acne treatment through AI technology. Niv’s background includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at True North Brands, LLC, and holding key positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, contributing to consulting initiatives across multiple industries. Niv's academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
