Krishna Sharmathi L.I.O.N has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. In 2011, they began working as a Recruiter and Advance Researcher at KGISL. In 2014, they moved to HCL Technologies as an HR Recruiter. In 2015, they joined Randstad India as an Assistant Manager and MSP Operations Specialist. During their time at Randstad India, they also held the roles of Senior Onboarding Consultant - HR Operations, On Boarding Consultant - HR Operations, and Recruitment Co-ordinator. In 2022, they began working as a Human Resources Manager at RootQuotient.

Krishna Sharmathi L.I.O.N has an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management & Marketing from Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011.
