Cloud Support Engineer Lead at Roots Automation

Reuven Manicia began their work experience in 2010 as a Network Support Associate at Intevalue Services Inc. Reuven then worked as a Desktop Services Specialist at Spectrogen Corp. and Tyche Consulting Ltd. Philippines ROHQ.

In 2015, they joined CALAY HOLDINGS INC as an IT and Desktop Support and later became the IT and Desktop Supervisor. Reuven'sresponsibilities included handling backup and disaster recovery, managing IT services, and maintaining end-user workstations and devices.

From 2019 to 2021, Reuven worked as an IT and Desktop Supervisor at Still Meadow Holdings Limited. During this time, they oversaw IT operations and provided technical support.

In 2021, they joined Hyperloop Solutions as a Client Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to various clients in different industries.

In 2023, Reuven worked at Reed Elsevier Philippines as an Azure/O365 System Administrator. Reuven was promoted to the role of Azure/O365 System Administrator Lead, where they supported enterprise development and production infrastructures.

Currently, they work at Roots Automation as a Cloud Support Engineer Lead.

Reuven Manicia completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from De La Salle University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Saint Louis University (PH). Reuven also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Mapúa Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Reuven has obtained various certifications. Reuven has a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services, obtained in October 2021. Reuven also holds certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Six Sigma PH, COBIT5 and PRINCE2 2017 Foundation from PeopleCert, CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certification from CompTIA, Certified Secure Computer User v2 and ICDL/ECDL 2.0 Secure Use of IT from EC-Council, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT. These certifications have been achieved at various times between 2015 and 2021.
