Rick Tubaugh

Rick Tubaugh is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the hospitality and resort industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for Roots Management Group since September 2018, Rick previously held the position of General Manager at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. from January 2006 to August 2018, overseeing Monte Vista Village Resort and Voyager RV Resort Tucson. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at InnSuites Hotels & Suites from February 2003 to December 2005 and General Manager at GF Management from January 1994 to January 2000.
