Peter Gavin

Peter Gavin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Peter started their career in 2005 as an Operations Officer and later became a Project Manager in the U.S. Coast Guard. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at American Industrial Partners, where they focused on operational improvement and supported new product development. From 2013 to 2014, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Innovative Surfaces Group.

In 2014, Peter joined The Carlstar Group as the Director of Strategic Planning, where they worked closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic decision-making and managed critical projects. Peter later became the Director of Global Business Development, overseeing partnerships with leaders in Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Peter then founded Basalt Ridge Partners in 2016, where they served as the Founder. Peter worked on various entrepreneurial projects and provided strategic guidance.

Most recently, Peter joined Roots Natural Kitchen in 2018. Peter initially served as the Chief Development Officer, responsible for shaping the organizational structures and procedures. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Chief Operations Officer, where they continue to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Peter Gavin's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013.
