Leyla Lone

Leyla Lone has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Leyla recently worked at Roots as the Sr. Director of Human Resources, overseeing the HR function and supporting leaders in achieving highly skilled teams. Prior to that, they worked at IKEA Canada, where they held roles such as HR Service Center Manager and Human Resources Manager. In their previous positions, Leyla was responsible for implementing and managing various HR programs and processes, including talent management, performance management, and succession planning. Leyla also has experience in sales management.

Leyla Lone attended George Brown College from 2014 to 2016, studying Human Resources Management. Leyla then enrolled at the University of Toronto in 2017, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
