Rootstack's People Manager and co-founder. Juan Daniel is the company's Human Resources director. He collaborates with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruiting, talent development, and employee happiness.

Juan Daniel is responsible for offering recruitment strategies, career development, performance management, and culture initiatives to all offices in Panama, Medellin, and the United States, as well as remote employees.

He collaborates with the CEO and CTO to advise, establish, and implement people-related initiatives, as well as the strategic design and direction of our worldwide programs that support business goals.
