Adam Smale

Adam Smale is an experienced musician and educator with a professional music career beginning in 1979. Currently serving on the artist roster at Ropeadope since December 2013, Adam also operates a home-based guitar instruction business through Guitarwise.net since October 2003, offering lessons both in studio and online. As a freelance musician, performances have included significant roles in various ensembles, with early work starting in the band The Outlaws. Adam's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Music with a focus on Jazz Performance from Western Michigan University and degrees in Jazz Studies and Popular Music from Humber College. Additional teaching experience includes serving as a graduate assistant at Western Michigan University and performing in a pit band at the Show Choir of America Camp.
