Darren Hoffman

Darren Hoffman is an accomplished entrepreneur and music producer with a diverse background in the arts and education. Serving as Founder and CEO of Myxstem since January 2021, as well as Founder and Producer at Guava Records since February 2016, Darren has established a strong presence in the music industry. Darren has been a Producer at Jazz at Lincoln Center and a Recording Artist at Ropeadope since 2012 and 2017, respectively. In academia, Darren has contributed as faculty at Florida State University's College of Motion Picture Arts and Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship since February 2018, and at Florida State University - London from June 2022 to July 2023. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of Tutti Dynamics, Artist & Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of New Orleans, and Producer at Multivision Video & Film. Darren holds degrees in Music Performance from both Berklee College of Music and University of New Orleans, and has a strong commitment to fostering creativity and entrepreneurship in the music field.
