Cynthia Oldfield

Cynthia Oldfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in attorney talent operations and global mobility, currently serving as Manager of Attorney Talent Operations at Ropes & Gray LLP since October 2019. Prior roles include Senior Global Mobility Specialist and Legal Personnel Specialist-Global Mobility at the same firm, as well as experience as Human Resources Specialist (Global Mobility & Compliance) and Human Resources Executive Assistant at Goodwin from June 2016 to October 2019. Cynthia's career also includes roles at Boston Children's Hospital as Executive Assistant to the Psychiatry Chief, Coordinator in the Office of the General Counsel at Bingham McCutchen, and Director of Local Affairs for the House Minority Leader's Office at the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
