Laiba Shah

Laiba Shah has extensive experience in client operations and legal project management, currently serving as the Client Ops & LPM Infrastructure Project Lead at Ropes & Gray LLP since August 2018, having progressed through various specialist roles within the firm. Prior to this, Laiba worked as a Paralegal at Reznik Law Office P.C., where responsibilities included client database management and legal document drafting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Fiscal Analyst at Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center, where financial operations and budget reporting were managed, as well as administrative support at Mabel Barrett Fitzgerald Daycare. Laiba's career began with a marketing internship at Dance/NYC, focusing on content creation and data analysis. Academically, Laiba holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Computer Science and Visual Arts from Fordham University.
