Matt Fisher

Matt Fisher is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Ropes & Gray LLP since November 2010, Matt drives firm-wide initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and leads HR business partner teams to enhance management practices and mitigate risks. Prior to this role, Matt held key HR positions at Palladium Group, Inc., including Vice President and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of HR functions such as talent management and performance improvement. Matt also contributed significantly at MathWorks, starting as a Senior Recruiter and advancing to Senior Team Leader, Recruiting, where leadership in recruitment strategies was pivotal. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Assumption University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
