Shannon Capone Kirk

Shannon Capone Kirk has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1998, they worked at Ungaretti & Harris LLP as the Litigation Partner and Lead of the E-Discovery Group until 2008. In 2008, they joined Ropes & Gray LLP as an E-Discovery Counsel, eventually progressing to the role of Global Head of E-Discovery, Discovery Strategies & Data Analytics. Shannon is currently the Managing Principal of the Global Head Advanced E-Discovery & A.I. Strategy Group at Ropes & Gray LLP. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Law Professor specializing in E-Discovery at Suffolk University Law School from 2012 to 2017.

Shannon Capone Kirk holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from St. John's University.
