Matthew Drain

Matthew Drain has a diverse professional background with experience in both culinary arts and technology. Currently serving as a Line Cook at Ropeswing Hospitality Group since August 2017, Matthew is responsible for day-to-day operations on the hot line and food preparation. Previous roles include Head Chef at Foxhole Public House and Assistant Manager at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, where Matthew managed smoothie preparation and customer orders. Matthew's technical expertise includes roles as a Computer Technician and Network Administrator, with education in Computer Programming and Information Systems from NorthWest Arkansas Community College and Northwest Technical Institute, respectively.
