Alexandra Riffle

Alexandra Riffle has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandra is currently serving as the IT Director at ROQ.US since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TEAGUE as an ERP System Administrator from July 2019 to February 2021, where they implemented numerous improvements and educated stakeholders on the value of modern business systems. Before that, they held the position of Technical Operations Director at True Brands from August 2013 to July 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Senior WMS Implementation Consultant at HighJump in March 2018. Alexandra's career started at DenHaus, Inc. in February 2010, where they served as the Marketing & Operations Manager until July 2013. In this role, they took on multiple responsibilities and made significant contributions to various areas of the company's operations and marketing efforts.

Alexandra Riffle holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Management, from the University of Washington. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include Wilderness First Responder from NOLS, obtained in February 2019, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Lean Six Sigma Experts Corporation, obtained in June 2017, Whitewater Rescue Technician from Rescue 3 International, obtained in May 2016, and AIARE 1 from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE), obtained in February 2015.
