Amy Boileau, PhD, RDN, currently serves as the Head of Regulatory Affairs for Roquette, having joined the company in March 2024. Prior to this role, Amy was the Vice President of Regulatory & Scientific Affairs for the Life Division at Juvenescence™️, where significant achievements included obtaining rapid regulatory clearance and GRAS designation for novel ingredients. Previous experiences encompass leadership positions at Dairy Management Inc., ChromaDex, Abbott, Nestle, and Cargill, focusing on regulatory affairs, scientific research, and product innovation across various sectors, including dairy, food ingredients, and pediatric nutrition. Amy holds a PhD in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Dietetics & Food Science from Northern Illinois University, complemented by postdoctoral training through the Dannon Nutrition Institute Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati.
